2.6.9 update bugs

Hi
I just updated to 2.6.9
the code I used to change the colour of my menu is no longer working.
I was using colour to indicate the different categories -
red Architecture
blue Architecture
yellow Objects
green Portraitsalso the carousel is loading images on top of one another however
it does appear correctly on second refresh? see attachment
( info ) still not working though still takes me to a search page instead of revealing text box

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
