Anchors from submenu

Hello,

is it possible to create anchors from the submenu ?
I would like to be able to click one category in the submenu and go directly in the anchor point in the page.
I can put anchors in the text but I don't know how to access the code to put a link in the submenu.

not really. If you know how to use jQuery you might manage. But it is not really a default option.
