Responsive doesn't work and the screen becomes white

When I reduce the size of my page, the responsive doesn't work and the screen becomes white. It stays the same when I extend it afterward.

Can someone help me ?

I use custom css but only to style a button, and no javascript.
Plus I use no plugin except lightbox.
