Mouseover image still doesn't work when background colour is set

Hej there,

this issue has been mentioned already in 2016: http://laythemeforum.com/topic/715/mouseover-image-doesn-t-work-when-row-s-background-colour-set/ but still appearing on my page. It works when you change the mouse over thumbnail of each project again right after changing the background color of the page where the thumbnail is placed. This is ok, but time consuming.

Mouseover project thumbnail inside a carousel does not work at all.

Is there a way to make this issues disappear? Thank you!
