change the opacity of bottom menu

I would like to have my two bottom menus layered just like the top menu and site title. How is that possible?

Dear Marius,

Thank you for your reply - I think I didn't make myself very clear ;)
So the header where I added the menu and my logo has a white background. I would like to add such a background to the bottom of my site. I put some menus in the bottom corners of my website and right now it looks a bit strange when I scroll and the menus mix up with any text.
I would be very happy, if you could help me with my question :)

you can add a white transparent background with CUSTOM CSS to that footer box.
