Customise function empty

For a couple of days now whenever I want to use Customise the are for the menu and the viewer stays empty, can't use it at the moment.
Tried this on Chrome/Safari on different machines.
Any ideas why this happens?

changing laguage and changing it back to original helped, it works again now.
