Slower Loading Times after Update

Hey just updated to the newest version of lay theme, to basically increase the page load even tho it was quite ok. Now my loading times, especially on mobile, feel double as slow as before. Also Google Page Speed Insights look bad too at the moment. Any ideas? Thank you

It loads pretty fast for me too, can you update lay theme again? and clear your cache in your cache plugin if you use one.
cause with one of the latest lay theme updates I improved html5 video loading more
