Custom Phone Layout - Frame Top in Pixel?

Hi,

I have to switch in some projects to the custom phone layout. But there's no way to define the value of 'Frame Top' in pixel (like in Customize / Mobile Spaces)

I guess it's not easy to add pixel global for 'Frame Top' in the Lay Options / Phone Gridder Defaults. But Marius already mentioned in this thread to use Custom CSS, unfortunately I can't.

I already found something like this in the html:
<div id=​"custom-phone-grid" class=​"grid">

and in the css:
@media (max-width: 600px)
test:1266#custom-phone-grid {
padding-top: 80%;

eg. for a project, how could the Custom CSS (for Mobile Version) look like with these attributes?
the body.type-project.id-498{}
padding-top: 300px;

Hours later and lots of CSS for bloody beginners, I don't know why, but it seems to work in Options > Custom CSS for Mobile Version.

body.slug-test #custom-phone-grid {
    padding-top: 300px;
}

@mariusjopen & @arminunruh is it possible adding pixel-selection of 'Frame Top' in future Lay Options / Phone Gridder Defaults?
