Different font size in chrome and safari on mobile

Ciao Armin,
since a couple of week the mobile version of the website I'm working on (www.margheritaraso.com/home) shows different font sizes as well as menu's element position depending on the browser used (in my case safari and chrome). Do you have any idea why is this happening? Probably I'm missing something but I'm struggling to figure it out.

we cannot reproduce the problem.
Can you tell us the version of your iphone?
