Worpress Issue

I'm helping a friend set up a Laytheme website. She used to have a paid Wordpress website. Now we got a domain and webspace and installed WP. I can logg in from my computer and already installed LT. For some reason she can't from her computer. She tried deleting the cache and cookies. But she gets this error screen:
