Admin Color Scheme - Wordpress

Hi there,
Hope you're doing well. I recently bought Laytheme, which I was expecting to come with no bugs, but it seems like its going to take a lot of time to fix lots of things.
Let's just start with not such an important one but it annoys when I think that there is a bug.

I want to change the color scheme on Wordpress panel, but every-time I choose one of them [Color schemes] it still shows only one. I tried deactivating plugins, I also tried changes the theme and then back to Lay, I also tried on an other test domain with a new Wordpress installation, but it still doesn't work.I'm attaching some screenshots to understand better the issue.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
