Image Hover MP4

Is it possible to use the imagehover addon to start an MP4 rather than a JPG?
I just want short videos of graphics, nothing too long.

Currently a video cannot be selected for use with Imagehover,
However on the thread below there is some information that may help you achieve a similar result.
