Categories can no longer be changed

I'm contacting you because I have some problems on the website https://www.hugotoro.com/ i did with laytheme :

when I click in the projects and after in categories one of my link "architecture" doesn't have the small square on the left to the word architecture.
and when i click to the link " modifier" i can't change nothing about the layout i did, i don't have the grid etc… is it normal ? I can't change the layout about all the pages "catégories" but before I could.

Should I change my categories to "étiquettes" or create a page for each categories I already did ?

Before proceeding please make sure of the following:

Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?

Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.

Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

If using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.

License key not activated - (in website blank situations or button not available)

If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update required”
Please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel.

for known problems.
