Permalinks and projects options
-
Hello, congratulations for your work, I plan to use your theme for my portfolio.
I have just two quick questions before purchasing a license. Is it possible to set permalinks to get "website.com/work/project-name", if "work" is a category.
I watched your video about the use of your theme, but I like to know if there is an option to add automatically new projects on homepage, or for example in a footer as "related projects", instead of manually add the latest project in first position and move all the others one by one.
Thanks a lot !

Hey benoit! Thanks!
Ok first question
Is it possible to set permalinks to get "website.com/work/project-name", if "work" is a category.
Yes it is possible if you enter "/%category%/%postname%/" in "Settings" -> "Permalinks" -> "Custom Structure":

but I like to know if there is an option to add automatically new projects on homepage
This is on my todo list! I'm going to code a gridder element called "project thumbnail grid" where you can choose a category and then you don't have to manually add your thumbnails. Sry about that but at the time you need to add thumbnails manually to an overview.
We also code custom websites or bespoke Lay features. Drop me a line at info@laytheme.com or check out my work at arminunruh.com.
