Best wishes, sorry that this has occurred, unfortunately if we cannot see the website we wont be able to debug the problem. Did you recently add any plugins or update any plugins?
I would suggest getting in contact with your Web hosting provider and asking them for help as they will have a better chance accessing your Website back-end.

Thanks for the quick reply. I do not remember adding any plugins. Actually, it's been quite a while since I made any changes to the site but I did open it several times in early April and it was functional. My domain and hosting are with Godaddy and they said they can help if I can get the A records or IP address from you and send them. I have no understanding of the problem or exactly what are A records --but could this make sense? I would greatly appreciate it if you could help. Thank you and best wishes, Maayan
