INTRO – (Portrait) Video not working

Hello!
I uploaded the two videos in customize > intro
– a Landscape (mostly for desktop/laptop)
– a Portrait (for mobile, right?)BUT the Portrait is not playing.... browser takes you directly to the landing... However (Oddly enough) if I rotate the phone, the landscape video DOES play upon arriving to the site.
Please advice!
