manage-licenseactivation cannot be loaded

Hi! I just installed Wordpress and according to the instructions I installed the LayTheme. Zip according to the instructions. Now I would like to enter the licence key, but I keep getting the following message: manage-licenseactivation cannot be loaded.
I just noticed that unfortunately in the wordpress window under "Lay Options" all tools bring the similar message after clicking:
manage-gridderdefaults can not be loaded.
manage-htmlcssoptions can not be loaded.
manage-laycarousel cannot be loaded.etc...
I am currently using Safari, but I also get the same message in Firefox. I have already deleted all plugins in Wordpress.
Do you have a solution? Thanks for your help! -
hey i think we emailed right and you reinstalled wordpress and then it worked
