hi there, for some reason i can't see the intro option in the customize menu. my laytheme is up-to-date and the option is activated. any leads on what should i do regarding this?

hey can u update lay theme again and see if it works?

can you send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?

@arminunruh hi thanks for your message. i did update and nothing changed. i re-installed laytheme eslewhere to rebuild the "missing intro feature" website and it's working flawlessly!
( still i'm sending you the detail via email, but i'll replace the site tomorrow, if you can have a quick look thanks, otherwise no worries! ) — thanks a lot!

the issue was he had a index.html file on the server
