php 8.0 or 7.4 compatibility

Hi,
I'm having trouble updating my PHP, when I update to 7.4 or 8.0 my site gets a critical error and doesn't work.
My hosting have told me it's probably an in compatible plugin.
When I do a PHP check (see grab below) the lay plugin/theme is flagged, but from what I can see these are the latest versions of both and should be fine.
The latest WP is installed
Any ideas?

lay theme and its plugins should be php 8 and php 7 compatible

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
