… managed to fix it. It was the font size of the menu. Safari renders sizes differently than Chrome. I fiddled with the font sizes in the menu making sure everything is in px rather than em. Checking "Customize -> Menu Style -> Primary Menu" and "Text Formats" also making sure everything is in px rather than em or %.

Menu showing differently on safari vs chrome -
Menu showing differently on safari vs chromeHi there
Seems like I have a similar issue. My menu is 1px larger on Chrome than on Safari.
You notice in Chrome right in the center a 1px step between the left and right side of the menu bar. In Safari however it's a straight line.
I can make it a straight line in Chrome but then Safari has the 1px step.
here is the link to the menu …

full width space in navbar / menu and evenly distribute menu items to fill out whole navbarHere is what I've got so far (objective to changes)

I can't get vertical lines and the links are on the text only - not the whole boxes …
Any help appreciated -
full width space in navbar / menu and evenly distribute menu items to fill out whole navbarhaha … just noticed that laytheme.com actually has almost what I am after. Just without the spacers between the boxes

full width space in navbar / menu and evenly distribute menu items to fill out whole navbarHello
Has anyone done a full width box menu in laytheme before?
Here is an example of what I would like to do … (kind of)
https://www.newexhibitions.com
With the title in the left most box and the menu in boxes streching over the entire width of the screen. Hovering the boxes (not the text only) should show the active link.
I was fiddling with the code above and managed to do boxes with an outline but that was about it.
Any ideas someone?
Thanks,

Popup MakerHi I just came across the same "old" problem actually . Apparently the conflict when using popup maker with laytheme still exists. After testing several popup plugins I eventually found one that works just fine with laytheme. So anyone using laytheme and looking for a popup plugin, I can recommend this:

Intro Text Overlay not showingHi Armin
I just wrote you an email. Problem seems to be solved.
The link to the background image was broken.
The text overlay needs a background image, otherwise it will not show!
Probably could have noticed that before 🤦🏼
Thanks for asking anyway. -
Intro Text Overlay not showingHi there
After moving from a subdomain to the main domain my text overlay intro disappeared. I can still see the "Intro" option in the Customiser and I can change all the settings, but with no effect whatsoever. Weirdly when I try the SVG overlay, then both work, the SVG and the text overlay. But when turning off again the SVG - then again both disappear. On my subdomain it worked just fine.
Laytheme is updated and everything else is deactivated.
I added this code to my custom code section but it didn't help..cross img { opacity: 1 !important; }Anyone an idea how to fix this?
