I have this issue, where the safari version of the mobile site has a naughty white bar at the top, both with background video and background image. How would I go about this?

the theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.As mentioned in the post title, I cannot install Lay Theme on Wordpress. This is the error:
Installing theme from uploaded file: lay.zip
Unpacking the package…Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.
I have uploaded the zipped lay.zip file, if I unzip it I have a lay folder, and inside this lay folder the various subfolders assets, customizer, ecc.
How can i go by?
