I am desperately trying to change the colour of the burger icon on one page (about), i.e. these three lines, and have used this CSS to do so:

But it just doesn't work. On my home page, the burger icon is on an image, which is why the white icon is clearly visible. But on the about page, I want it to be black because it is on a white background.
Can you help me? I've also tried several other codes that I found here in these forums, but none of them work.
