    hey i tested ios 15 and 14 but couldnt see this issue. with the next lay theme update, go to lay options, other section, and enable this: [image: 1745423577163-screenshot-2025-04-23-at-17.52.54.png] this might help. You could also try to remove the opacity of the row background. Meaning, put the opacity slider to its original position. Maybe iOS has an issue with that CSS filter that is applied to the video.

So I don't really know how I could fix this for you.

    Hi again, forgot to reply here after the issue was fixed to be honest ā€“ sorry! For the sake of completeness and for others might struggling with the same problem: In my case, the "Really Simple SSL" Plugin did not do the trick ā€“ but disabling ajax / compatibility mode in lay options did! Might have had a problem with a plugin or something similar that wasn't on my radar. Thanks for the support! :)

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options ā†’ Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
