Please make sure of the following steps: Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ? Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed. Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue. If using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache. License key not activated - (in website blank situations or button not available) If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update required”
Please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel. Possibly your website is running PHP 8.0 this has been known in some cases to cause issue. Additionally take a look at https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html

hey everbody, if you update lay theme now, you can then remove the text in /wp-admin/ in "pages" when editing the page where the example text pops up

Hey! You have to click on any project, this is only the main-site where everything works. Just click for example on the picture with the food-photo on the top left or on the architecture-picture on the top right.

Dear @Pionira @reifmyersartist Unfortunately YOAST clashes quite badly with Laytheme's Gridder for this reason we ask not to use it. As of yet the situation is not easily remedied. I am sure it is possible, but every time YOAST or Laytheme release a new update you would need to also update your Custom Fix to suit. Best wishes Richard
