im going to release an update today that contains this new button: [image: image.png] here you will be able to choose these 2 settings: [image: image.png]

@alasdair17 thank you! i ll take it a look

ok nice!!

about the button: .lay-thumbnailgrid-load-more-wrap{ display: flex!important; } .lay-thumbnailgrid-load-more{ display: inline-block!important; } add this in: lay options -> custom css & html -> custom css or you could try and update lay theme before trying this maybe that fixes it not sure ! about this: The row limit works perfectly in safari, but not in firefox, chrome and for the mobile version ok lemme check!

sure, with the next update we will have: [image: image.png] at the moment, you already have "fade"

great, thanks! @arminunruh

not exactly sure what happened here, but when i disabled the plugin "wp fastest cache" and waited half an hour it started to work properly again :O

Thank you Armin!

@arminunruh Thank You !, that was easy:)

Thanks @arminunruh! May I add an (unrelated) wish for another setting: In "Project Thumbnail Mouseover" it would be great to have the option "Always show mouseover state" not only for mobile but also for tablets. Would that be possible?

thanks a lot! <3 im glad i could help!

that works great thanks!

eah, it was definitely acting a bit weird, It didn’t recognize the changes after saving before, but now after the update, it works great!

in customize -> site title and customize -> mobile (smartphone) -> site title actually this button here can help you find locations of settings: [image: image.png] thats the only thing its good at though _:D

Hello Joackim! Hm, i think if you enable autoplay, there is this setting to disable click/drag: [image: image.png] but its not dependent on desktop/mobile you could create a custom phone layout, then create a carousel inside of it, and enable this setting for that carousel there. then on phones, ppl would see this one! https://laytheme.com/documentation/custom-phone-layouts.html

ok i released an update now that fixes this!

oh i forgot. above, you have "textformat settings" and you need to enable this first: [image: Screenshot 2026-01-18 at 14.29.50.png] (make sure youre using the latest lay theme version)

Amazing thank you !

Nice one Armin, thanks!

Just saw the update! Wow this is great. Thank you Armin.
