You can solve it for example by adding custom HTML and custom CSS into the LayTheme: <div class="custom-title">Title</div> To have it disappear and appear on the scroll – you need to play a bit with jQuery and CSS. It is a bit tricky to have the content going under the "navigation". I would strongly recommend to write the navigation in the custom HTML and CSS area.
