hey, no, it's not possible so you would like to have a dropdown? I don't know, maybe you could even try to create a submenu and then just put the language switcher inside of the submenu. In the Lay Theme documentation, you can see how to build a submenu. Actually, I never tried that, but it just comes to mind now.
Hey Alex would you mind if we hop on a call on Google Meet call so I can better understand all the points?
Just send me an email to info@laytheme.com and let me know what day and time would work best for you.
Hi Armin
Thanks for the quick answer :)
Yes, everything ist turned on correctly, I tried to turn it off and on once again, but it's still not working. If turned off, the underline vanishes all together (which is correct), so it does something.
The same with custom code.
I'll send you a Mail.
ok so the button menu style is released. you can configure it right where you also turned on the pill menu style in the customizer
that should work better for wocoommerce sites!
or try this:
hey, lay theme has a built-in layout cache that probably holds the old category version. try this: in wp-admin go to Lay Options → extra features → disable "Layout Cache"
also flush any hosting-level page cache or cdn while youre at it.
if that doesnt fix it, can you send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?
heres a better explanation:
hey, the global settings live in wp-admin → Appearance → Customize → "Site Title" (text color) and "Navigation" (link color).
for a per-page override you can also go into the page, open page settings, and enable "site title color" there.
if custom css isnt working its usually because the selector doesnt match — try .lay-sitetitle a { color: #faf8f7 !important; } for the title and #lay-navigation a { color: #faf8f7 !important; } for the nav.
hey i think you put invalid HTML into your site title. which then broke the whole html structure of your website
go to customize -> site title
there u probably are using the HTML type. remove your HTML markup from here
or you may have malformed html in lay options -> custom html & css
Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
oh you're using the splitscreen tutorial.
please use the None animation for "Navigation animations"
as described in the tutorial:
https://laytheme.com/tutorials/create-a-splitscreen-website.html#special-options-we-need-to-use
sure, next update will include these 2 settings at the bottom in the anchor scroll section of lay options:
