it seems that he coded his frontpage by himself. the frontpage is his own html code and its not lay theme. but all the other subpages are made with lay theme if you put a index.html file into your wordpress folder, it will load this file as the frontpage

you may need to click the button "refresh downloads" in laykeymanager.com cause the links are cached and only updated maybe like once a day or sth
