Activating Lightbox-Addon from another developer

Dear all,
I would like to activate a Lightbox-Addon (for ex. WB Lightbox 2) for my Laytheme-created website. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get it running even though I activated it in the general settings. Is it even possible to install a Lightbox-Addon besides the LayTheme-Lightbox (which costs 29ā¬ and apparently does not work with the mobile version?). If so, could anybody give some advice how to get it running?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
