Design customizer is not loading

The Design customizer is not loading, it stays blank :/
Deactivated all plugins
Lay Theme and Lay Theme's add-ons all up to date , as well as Wordpress

Im Building my website offline with MAMP
Had no problems before.

Can you help me out?

Dear Michael @MickeyOne

Could you please go to your Customizer.
Depending on if your using Chrome, Safari or Firefox but they all have developer tools - 'Right Click' and choose inspect:

From there please go to "Console"

If you could take a screenshot of what is happening in the 'Console Log' that would be great, likely there are some clues!

Not quite but wish to help!
Before proceeding further:

• Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?

• Any Custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.

• Any third-party plugins de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

• If using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.

• License key not activated - (in website blank situations or button not available)

• If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update required"

please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel.

• Additionally please take a look at https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html for known problems.

Normally i would ask for your Login details and try to get to the bottom of it - but we may just have to go bit by bit sorry because you are working On a Localhost! :)

i changed the Language >>>> troubleshooting ;)
and now its working again :)
Next time I will look there first.
Lesson learned.
