    I'm having a strange issue with the Search close ("X") icon.
    The "X" close icon is always visible, even though I have never enabled the Search feature (or at least I don't think I have). I expected no search-related UI to appear.
    Things I've already checked:

    • Search is not enabled (as far as I can tell).
    • I've cleared the browser cache.
    • I've disabled custom code to make sure it's not caused by my CSS.
    • The issue is still there.

    You can see the persistent "X" in the top-right corner of the site:

    Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a bug, or is there a setting I'm missing?
    I'm using the latest version of LayTheme.
    Thanks!

      hi @Morgan , i had the same issue on one of my pages (not on all).

      fixed it with custom css

      .close-search {
          display: none;
      }

      i guess it will be fixed in one of the next updates …
