Text as trigger on Vimeo enbedded Videofile

Dear Armin,
I'm redesigning my website, and each project has an Image or an embedded Videofile Fullscreen. On the image, there's a Text "MORE INFO" that serves as a trigger, when clicked on, there's an additional text ans info about the shown work. the additional text appears as a half-transparent layer on top if the Image.
I made it this far. But I can't figure out, how to do this on top of an embedded vimeo-video. Is it possible?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
