HTTP ERROR 500

Hello,
I tried updating Lay Theme and Wordpress today and now my website totally crashed.
I can't access anything anymore (also not the admin page) due to "HTTP ERROR 500".

I already wrote an e-mail to Armin about the fatal error but am hoping that maybe somebody here can help me too, since I need to get the site back up quickly.
I made a manual sql backup before updating the website, so I hope that everything can be restored but since I can't access anything I don't know how to do that.
Also I don't want to do anything that might make it even more difficult to get the website back to working.

Does anyone have suggestions on what to do?
