Thank you, it worked. Now it looks just like it should again

My site is gone after the last update. I can't find any Lay Theme controls in Wordpress anymore and when going to the theme it shows an error: “Stylesheet is missing." / Version: false. How can I fix this?

The question might be stupid, but I was wondering what's the best way to embed larger videos (200 - 500 MB) on a LAY theme website? HTML 5 embed directly in LAY theme or embedding Vimeo links?
Does it slow down the site with the HTML 5 video embed function or does it not matter at all which method I use?
