I did a little update this morning which fixes the issue with the pages not fading out. Also, I thought more about the customizer settings disappearing. This could have to do with the name of the folder that laytheme is in. If maybe you have changed the name of the folder "lay" to "lay_something_else" in "wp-content" -> "themes", then the customizer settings get lost. Because wordpress only remembers the customizer settings based on the foldername of the theme. But if you change the foldername to what you had before, the customizer settings should be back.

Hey hhagen, it seems that some of your thumbnails use the url http://www. others use http:// without the "www". You can easily check this out when you hover over your thumbnails, on the left bottom corner on chrome you can see the url it leads to. What you can do is visit your wp-admin without www. and re-insert the project thumbnails. Also maybe in your web-host you can configure the domain to only use http:// without www. Also you should probably use a more recent version of lay theme, I sent it to you via email. I know this http:// / www. issue is kind of stupid and I'm working on fixing that for a later lay theme update.

Hey AFR, Really sorry that I didn't answer earlier I think I overlooked this post. So what happened is your laytheme version that you tried to install is too outdated. I'm sending the latest lay theme version to anyone who has this problem. You can send an email to armin.unruh@gmail.com , then I can send it to you, if you still got this problem. If you can't activate lay theme as often as you want, you can send me a mail and I will reset your key! Have a good day!

Thanks a lot. It worked! The problem with the mobile version sometimes appears and sometimes not. I'm using iOS 10.2 on an iPhone 5S. Another strange thing is that sometimes when I open the site on my mobile, it doesn't show the top of the page but is already scrolled down quite a bit.

@preciousstuff Hi! Sorry for the late answer! Yes, the problem is solved! As Armin says, it's not a theme problem; i called my host provider and told them the problem, and it's a folder's permission (don't know exactly what they did, but the problem disappear immediately! So, you have to call your host provider again and tell them to solver the permission problems of your host! Cheers and again, sorry for the late answer!
