Armin, thanks so much! I must have written the CSS correctly the dozen times I checked it, but it turns out that checkbox was disabling it. I knew it had to be something very simple that I just couldn't figure out—it's such a basic feature and I'm sure I've done it right before. Thanks for being so attentive to all of us! Maggie

Okay, I see. Well, I'm not sure how to make this work here. The project overlay feature wasn't really intended to be used that way, and this seems to be a bit more hard to do than expected.

Probably it's because some styles were applied in the text editor that don't get overwritten by the mouse over CSS. Can you please go to Customize > Links and texts > Links and texts mouse over. [image: 1747071149346-screenshot-2025-05-12-at-19.32.24.png] Then please activate this setting for mouse over styles. Currently, this reads "force mouseover color". But with the next update I'm changing this to force apply all of the mouse over styles, not just the color one. Because I think that makes more sense.
