I was able to make the top area disappear after hiding the menu. Not a nice alternative.

Unfortunately there are still white bars at the top and bottom. How can I neutralize them?

Yes there is. With Contact Form7 I can create special forms for my customers. This is not possible with Ninja Forms.
It is more user friendly. My customers are always asking why there is no form on my site.
