Hi Armin, wouldn't it be great to have a "show numbers" option for the fullscreen slider, similar to the carousel addon? E.g. showing 1/7 in the bottom right corner when there are 7 slides. Optionally with a small caption per slide.

Yeah, I think that’s a good idea as well. Would be great to have an easy way to use italic type as a mouseover state.

Also nice would be a few built-in options like a text highlight or a subtle underline animation.

i wrote some css to make the overlay background transparent with a background blur. could be a nice option inside lay theme for the overlay?

the multiple slides setting in the carousel feels a bit hidden, as it only appears when carousel size is set to fixed height or custom aspect ratio. maybe there’s a way to make this more visible?

you can change the border radius for single images, but if you want rounded corners for all images you need custom css. maybe it would be great to have a general image border-radius option in the customizer.

yess, a fixed video is cool. basically the same as adding a background video in the customizer.

okay. I am using Safari Version 18.6 and I am applying the y offset to image and text elements.

I just wanted to suggest this feature when I found this post… would be cool to have an option in the Carousel and Fullscreen Slider to show simple text like “next” or “previous” next to the cursor instead of needing custom cursor images.

you can set a background video for the whole site and for individual rows in the Gridder, but not for an entire project. Wouldn’t it make sense to have a background video option for the project as well?

when I apply an X and Y offset to an element in the Gridder, the Y offset doesn’t visually update in the Gridder preview if I use percentage values. It only displays correctly when I switch the Y offset to px. On the actual site in the browser, the percentage Y offset does work - just not in the Gridder view. Is this just me, or could it be a bug?

the custom cursor option in the Customizer is super nice! But when you for example hover over some elements like the filter tags in the Thumbnail Grid, it switches to the default “hand” cursor. Would be great if we could also set a custom cursor for that hover/hand state in the Customizer.

loving the option in the fullscreen slider to adjust the size and color of the navigation circles. It would be great to have the same styling options available for the Carousel Addon as well. What do you think?

I think that’s a great idea! I’ve often had the same experience: clients start moving elements around in the gridder when they should only be updating content. Being able to lock an element — or even just lock its position while still allowing text edits — would be super helpful.
