hi, thanks for the detailed report! i’ve fixed the issues for the next update: in the custom phone layout, you can now press cmd+a, right-click and choose “unsync element content” to unlink all synced elements at once. html images inside tables will now display correctly in the gridder. to align the table content at the top, double-click the table, open “text settings” and set “vertical text alignment” to “top”. i’ve also fixed the brief flickering of the sticky footnotes when expanding a row.

hey Darius! This is a cool idea. There's no functionality in Lay Theme to do that at the moment, and I'm not sure if I'm gonna code that because I'm not so sure if many people would actually use this. I think you have already used some custom code to code this, right? My suggestion would really just be to use AI and make it write a script that does this for you.

Hi Martin, I had a look at your site. There is a JavaScript error coming from your custom dark-slide code. The script starts with (function () {, but the closing })(); is missing. The browser therefore reports SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input. I also noticed that the desktop Site Title currently links to /category/work/, not to the front page. That category is empty and does not have the Fullscreen Slider enabled. The mobile Site Title, on the other hand, links to the actual front page. In Lay Theme itself, clicking a link that points to the currently active page is prevented and does not destroy or reinitialize the Fullscreen Slider. So at the moment it does not look like the slider is being toggled by Lay Theme’s same-page handling. Your reload workaround is currently active, so I cannot reproduce the original behaviour directly. With the workaround enabled, I clicked the Site Title several times and the slider stayed active. Could you first fix or remove the incomplete dark-slide script and make sure both the desktop and mobile Site Title link to the actual front page? Then temporarily remove the reload workaround and test it again. If it still happens after that, let me know and I’ll take another look.

Hey du, Mix Blend Mode Difference für das Menü. Okay, super. Titel der Thumbnail, dafür hast du das auch genutzt. Okay. Du möchtest quasi einen Balken, der auch Mix Blend Mode Difference ist, und den Balken möchtest du auf dem Thumbnail drauf haben? Oder möchtest du den Balken auch beim Menü haben? Aber wie stellst du dir das vor? Ein Balken ist Mix Blend Mode Difference. Der ist dann quasi immer so: diese umgekehrte Farbe und die Schrift, die da drauf ist, die soll auch Mix Blend Mode Difference sein, oder wie? Also, soweit ich weiß, geht das nicht, dass man zwei Sachen hat, die übereinander sind, die beide Mixed-Blend-Mode-Differents sind? Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher. Aber sag mir mal bitte: Schick mir mal bitte den Link zu deiner Seite. Dann kann ich das mal anschauen. Hier gibt es doch auch diesen neuen Button. Dann kannst du quasi den Link sogar posten, ohne dass andere Leute sehen können. Das ist dann nur für mich sichtbar.

if you right click a element, there should be the "sync" button, there you can unsync it! second image here: https://laytheme.com/documentation/custom-phone-layouts.html#how-syncing-works

its when you edit a page! when you edit your categeory, (not in the customizer) you can click "copy to pages" then on the right side when you edit that page, you will find that setting. make sure you put that page in the menu then, instead of the category page.
