    Dear Sam, The Fullscreen Slider here works fine: http://nbstudio.co.uk/the-glenlivet/ Are all the plugins, Laytheme and Wordpress up to date?     Dear @margauxsgd the NAVBAR is covering the footer. You placed it on the bottom of the page. And it is invisible – that's why you don't see it. Hope I could help! Best! Marius

    hey, interesting! you could try to do this:[image: 1522949293636-screen-shot-2018-04-05-at-19.27.50.png] You can use the custom aspect ratio option when u edit your carousel. I will write this down as a bug.

    hey so your images are being loaded from cloudfront, for me no images show up on chrome. can you disable cloudfront in your webhost control panel? or maybe you have a cloudfront wordpress plugin installed that you can disable? webfont does load for me

    hey you can update to 2.5.1 now. We fixed everything except the "link button" bug, which will be fixed later today.

    hey ok afaik videos will not autoplay if they have audio, even if the video does not have audio, you will still need a "muted" attribute at least for html5 videos. maybe there is a muted attribute you can pass to the iframe like &muted=1 not sure!

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
