    Hi @mariusjopen thanks! No Jetpack but I did have a redundant plugin, 'Simple Admin Language Change' still activated, which I have now deactivated. 'Customize' and 'Media Library' are both working again. You're the best thanks again for your speedy reply. Mikey

    Hello! Marius and you found out it doesn't work on Firefox. If you update lay theme now, it should work again. Yea, it was a compatibility issue with the latest WordPress update. Maybe you need to clear your cache to make it work, not sure. Have a good day!

    Ok if you update lay theme and then re-save the projects which contain the "project description" textfield that have linebreaks it should work!

    Hey! I will release an update today that will fix this! Seems to be a weird ios behavior that can be fixed with: html{ -webkit-text-size-adjust: none; }

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
